Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods: We utilize The United Postal Service (USPS) for the shipping method. USPS provides tracking information for all orders. The buyer will accept all liability for lost or damaged orders if they are not reported within 36 hours of tracking delivery confirmation.

Shipping: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Northgenetics.com reserves the right to deduct the actual cost of shipping from any returns/refunds of an item. Customer is responsible for all freight charges for returned or refused shipments and this will be added to the invoice total. All items are shipped via USPS. Items will normally be shipped within one-two business days of receipt of order. For out of stock items, you will be notified and upon request a full refund will be issued. Should you choose to not receive the refund you will be shipped according to availability of product.

Backorders: If your order contains a pre-ordered item, or a back-ordered item, the entire order will ship once all items are in stock. An additional shipping charge will apply for this instance due to multiple shipments going out at customers request.

Damage/Loss: All claims for damage/pilferage must be filed with delivering carrier. Northgenetics.com cannot file this for you. All claims for shortage/mis-shipments/mis-billing must be made within 7 days of receipt. In the event of a faulty product, the product must be returned, at which point we will ship out a replacement product or issue a full refund at your discretion
